The mobile app and site are feature-rich but simple; honestly I’d have liked one or two clearer labels, and a notification was late once, so not flawless. Support was casual and fast, which helped a lot, and the little bits of branded swag and cheeky messages kept our team engaged. We’re nearly at our goal for The Matthews House (Fort Collins, CO), and I’ll use them again — with slightly less doubt next time, for sure.
