Started using it Monday, interface feels usable, Nina fixed my syncing problem super fast and really relieved

Sara helped me fast, even shared a neat tip (unexpected), unlike other companies — very attentive.

issue resolved, I'm satisfied. I rely on this device for daily home-office calls, and Sara in technical support walked me through the fix, even staying on the line to find a weird setting — unexpectedly helpful.

Saw it on a parenting forum and tried it on my kid's Android; moment I was sold was during a quick remote fix by support — polite, clear, Elizabeth sorted it, I'm relieved, iPhone still flaky.

I had an issue with the package I ordered using a discount code from a third party. Sara from customer service was a big help through email and she sorted everything out for me. Thankfully, I finally got my package and I'm really happy now! Just a heads up, be careful with coupon codes because they might not work with third party affiliates, like MyCommerce.
