ComplaintsSo, I ordered a bouquet of mixed roses for my friend's birthday from Callia, but I have to say I was pretty let down with the whole thing. The website was easy to use, and I had no trouble placing my order. But when the bouquet showed up, it looked nothing like the picture online. The roses were all sad looking, some even had brown spots. The quality of the bouquet just wasn't worth the money I spent on it. I tried reaching out to customer service to let them know how I felt, but the response I got was pretty meh. They offered to send me a new bouquet, but by then, the birthday had already come and gone, so it didn't really help.
