Follow-upvideos played, quizzes loaded, no tech meltdown. What was slower was the content updates and the follow-up from support; I emailed about the discrepancies and it took a couple of days to get a clear answer. The rep was polite and eventually helpful, though, so not a disaster — just not lightning-fast like some other companies I’ve dealt with. Would’ve liked more mid-section quizzes and clearer exam wording, but I learned a lot and am glad I went for the cert. Overall useful, with room to tighten up delivery and service.
