I can't believe I waited for months for these pants to arrive. And when they finally did, the material looked so weird and fake. Definitely not what I was hoping for. I’m not going to buy from this brand again. Made in Canada? Yeah, okay.

I bought 6 pairs of undies and two pairs of socks from this company, and I gotta say, it was a big letdown. First off, it took forever for my order to show up, which was a real pain since I needed the stuff for a trip coming up. And to top it off, a week after I finally got my order, I got hit with an unexpected duty and tax bill for a hefty sum. They never mentioned anything about this extra cost when I was placing my order, and it really rubbed me the wrong way. All in all, I wouldn't suggest buying from this company.

I've bought lightweight merino clothes from this company a few times and the quality is always great. But, customer service is where they really shine. My most recent order for a hoodie in mid-August was a bit of a hassle. They accidentally sent it with standard shipping which made it arrive four weeks later instead of a few days. Even though it was their mistake, they still wanted me to wait for the delivery before giving a refund. Unfortunately, by the time the hoodie finally got here, I was on vacation and had to send it back because it couldn't be delivered.
