Returns & Refundsthe product feels great and delivery is fine, but keep all your receipts and tracking info. Follow up sooner rather than later. I’d buy the exact same frame again because I know how it fits and feels, but I’d be careful with new orders. A little more patience and organisation will help, and a faster returns team would make this so much better.
