I broke my only pair during a move and needed replacements fast. First couple of orders were weird — returns were a jumble and once they claimed they'd only received one of two pairs I sent back. The manager gave me attitude on the phone, which was annoying, but after a fuss they refunded both. I still had to chase another refund for almost a month, so yeah, patience required. The glasses themselves aren't perfect but they work and look okay. I'm a bit sceptical about their processes, but after pestering them a few times my problems got fixed. Would I rave? No. Did it get sorted? Yes.

nice feel and build, lenses not dark enough for my needs. Service-wise: slow unless you escalate. Not ideal, but fair.

the product feels great and delivery is fine, but keep all your receipts and tracking info. Follow up sooner rather than later. I’d buy the exact same frame again because I know how it fits and feels, but I’d be careful with new orders. A little more patience and organisation will help, and a faster returns team would make this so much better.
