DeliveryWhen I placed my order for emergency preparedness gear, I was hoping for quick service and on-time delivery. But, I was kinda let down with how long it took to process my order and the lack of updates from the company. It felt like forever for my stuff to finally show up, and then I noticed that some things were missing. I tried reaching out to customer service a few times, but they weren't much help and kinda brushed me off. It's pretty frustrating to spend money on gear for emergencies, only to end up feeling unprepared and disappointed by the company. All in all, my whole experience was super disappointing and I definitely won't be buying from them again.
