CommunicationI just got a new case for my iPhone, which is kind of rare since it's only 18 months old. But I had some trouble with the first Rokform case I bought - it didn't fit my phone properly and it was super annoying. I tried contacting customer support through email several times to get help finding the right case, but the responses I got were not helpful at all. They didn't give me the info I needed, and it took forever for them to get back to me. It made buying a new case way more difficult than it should have been.
