I gotta say, I was really let down by this pain relief supplement. I mean, they had all these fancy ads and celebs backing it up, but it actually made my pain even worse. And don't even get me started on the billing shenanigans. They sent me another 30-day supply without even asking and charged my card without permission. When I tried to return it, their customer service was no help at all. Took forever to get them to agree to the return, and even then, they wouldn't refund my original shipping fee. Such a headache, ended up spending money for nothing and feeling even more sore than when I started.

I decided to cancel my trial order just before being charged for another month, but even after getting a cancellation notice, my order still ended up shipping and I got charged. Dealing with customer service was so frustrating, and they told me to send the package back for a refund that I never received. When I checked back in, they said they would deduct the return shipping costs from my refund. What a headache!

My Mom was sick and my Step Dad took care of her till she passed away. Then he got really sick himself. We still had some pain meds that were unopened and not expired from when my Mom was around. When we tried to return them, they only gave us back one pack! I called and told them how unfair it was, especially since they know my Dad buys a lot of stuff from them. It's just not right that they have a rule saying you can only get refunds within 90 days. It feels like a scam!

We tried out the product for the trial period, but it didn't help my husband at all. When we tried to cancel, we still got charged for the next month and it cost more. Even after sending back the product unopened, we didn't get all our money back and had to pay for shipping. As seniors living on a fixed income, we felt like this was unfair and really let us down.

So I bought this product, thinking it would be helpful. Turns out, it was all a bunch of lies! The company promised one thing and did something completely different. Now I'm stuck trying to get my money back and it's been a real nightmare. Can't believe I fell for it. Don't trust them, eh!

I was really disappointed when I found out that you can't return something once you've opened it. It doesn't seem fair at all, especially if you're just trying to see if a product is right for you. The customer service I dealt with wasn't very helpful when I brought up this issue.
