PopSockets - Reviews and experiences

Hey there! I'm a customer in Canada and recently placed an order for a PopSocket online. Unfortunately, my order hasn't shown up yet. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service, but they told me I'd get it by a certain time and that didn't happen.

I've tried calling, emailing, and chatting online, but I still don't have a solution. It's really frustrating to not get what I ordered, especially when I was promised quick delivery. I thought the process would be smoother and I'd get updates about my order.

So, I'd advise anyone in Canada to think twice before ordering from this company. It seems like their delivery service isn't reliable. If you're in Canada and want a PopSocket, maybe check out other options like buying from Amazon for a more secure and faster delivery.

I just bought a wallet and mount from this company's site for the first time and honestly, it was an amazing experience. I was swayed by the Black Friday deal and now I wish I had also bought a case from them. The product has been improved so that it's easier to switch the tops of the PopSockets. The delivery was super fast, only took 3 days after I placed my order. I was really impressed with how they kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I'll definitely be coming back as a customer.

I ordered a new PopSocket and was supposed to get it in 5-6 days, but it actually took 2 weeks to arrive.
