Returns & RefundsSorry, but I gotta say, the contact lenses I bought were a huge letdown. They made my eyesight worse and irritated my eyes. And when I tried to talk to customer service about it, they were totally unhelpful and didn't seem to care at all. They wouldn't even think about giving me a refund or anything, just told me to keep buying more lenses until I found some that worked. That kind of closed-off thinking really got to me and now I'm just super annoyed and unhappy with everything that went down.

I was really pleased with how they handled the situation!
