ServiceI almost tossed this in the "never again" pile after they charged me then cancelled the order — classic computer glitch — and I had to wait a few days for the refund. I first saw the brand on Instagram and thought, why not? I even tipped my sister about it. I was kind of sceptical when the first kibble looked tiny and both dogs coughed a bit, but after a slow start customer service actually sorted it out. They apologised, sent a replacement size and a partial refund. The moment I knew I was happy was when both dogs dug in and ate like crazy — no problems. Took a minute, but now I recommend it.
