I bought a drum magazine from this company not long ago, and man was I let down by the condition it came in. It looked like it had been through the wringer, almost like a dog had a go at it. When I reached out to customer service about sending it back, they had the nerve to make me foot the bill for return shipping. Unbelievable. It was a major headache trying to get a refund in the end. The person I talked to even confessed that they don't really check products before shipping them out, which is pretty worrying for a business that deals in firearm accessories. On top of that, trying to get a hold of them was like pulling teeth.
