MIRA Safety - Reviews and experiences

After waiting for 2 whole months, I still haven't gotten the products I bought or my money back. When I contacted customer support for help, they just kept passing me around to different departments with no solution. If things do improve and I finally get my refund like they said, I'll let you know in an update. It's just really frustrating to deal with a company that can't take responsibility and communicate properly.

The respirator I bought seemed pretty good at first, but I had to return it in the end. They didn't have return policy because of the whole COVID-19 thing, which was super vague. They're not accepting any returns or exchanges on anything and say that once you buy something, that's it. It's pretty annoying and it makes me not sure if I want to shop there again.

So, I bought this CM_8M mask from the company, thinking it would be top-notch since it was expensive. But man, I was so let down. The hydration tube on the mask is ridiculously placed - no normal person can even reach it! I tried reaching out to the company a bunch of times about it, but they just told me to "squish the mask to your face to drink," which is just ridiculous. And on top of that, they wouldn't take it back, using Covid and tough times as excuses. I'm really frustrated and disappointed by how little they care about their customers' safety and satisfaction.
