Unfortunately, my order got delayed by a month because of a "picking error," so I was pretty frustrated waiting for it to arrive. The only way to reach them was through a website message system that wasn't very helpful. But, on the bright side, Lowepro did end up refunding me for the shipping, which I was thankful for.
