the product itself seems fine but the wait soured the whole thing. I first heard about this device from a coworker and decided to buy after looking it up on their site, but the ordering-to-hands timeline was a bit of a mess. It took about 20 days total to arrive — only two of those days were actual transit after they marked it “processed.” The long gap before processing (around 18 days) is what annoyed me. The site’s “two day shipping” claim is misleading if you don’t dig into the small print that mentions possible delays; I missed that until after I ordered. To be fair, the rep I spoke with was polite and helpful, which was a pleasant surprise and made the back-and-forth less frustrating. Another thing: the package was well packed and had a simple quick-start sheet, so there was that positive detail I didn’t expect. I also think they should require a signature on delivery — theft is a reality and this would give peace of mind. I’m abroad right now, so I can’t test the device yet; if it works as described once I’m back I’ll revise the score upward. For now the ordering/delivery experience is mediocre, customer service gets credit, and the product packaging impressed me more than it should have.

I just got my laser cap and it was amazing, eh! The box it came in was so fancy and sturdy, keeping my cap safe and sound. When I opened it up, everything was all organized and tidy, just like they promised! I can't wait to start using it and see what unfolds. I'm super excited for the results! Keeping my fingers crossed for some awesome changes, eh!
