I just bought the Lara braided ponytail and it was a total disaster. The hair was super heavy and felt cheap, always getting tangled up. And on top of that, couldn't even return it because the seal was broken. How are you supposed to know if a product is good if you can't even open it? Seems like this company is a total rip-off, definitely not giving them any more of my money. Looks like I'll be filing a complaint with my bank for sure.

I was so bummed when I found out I couldn't return the item once I opened the package.
