So, I bought this thing online, eh, and it came with a completely different logo, eh. I was so mad 'cause I wanted what was in the pic, you know? So, I messaged customer service and they were just like, "oh, it's an old logo, no biggie." But like, I think it's a big deal 'cause I wanted what I saw online, you know? Ughhh.

I bought the iPhone 11 Atelier case not long ago and I gotta say, I'm really let down by the quality. Just after a month of using it, the case broke completely from the side edge, leaving my phone all vulnerable and unprotected. And on top of that, the screen protector got all cracked up, making an annoying line show up on my screen. As if that wasn't bad enough, the bottom of the case also cracked. I shelled out a lot of money for this case and was expecting way better quality and durability. I'm super disappointed with this purchase and definitely won't be recommending it to anyone.

I goofed and didn't read carefully, so I bought what I thought was an Airtag holder, but it's really something else. But it's actually really nice, so now it's on my keys next to the real Airtag holder.

Hey there! So, I recently got this super nice case for my iPhone XR at your store. The back of it looks awesome, like real leather and everything. But, I gotta say, I was kinda bummed out when I noticed that the sides were made of a different material. And, to top it off, the top and bottom of the case are totally open, not really giving my phone much protection. I definitely feel like the quality of the case doesn't really match up with how much I paid for it, you know? Also, the camera hole was way bigger than I expected, more like the one on the iPhone 11, even though I just have the XR with one lens. Kinda made my phone stand out in a weird way. I'm hoping you guys can make some changes to the design so it's both good-looking and practical. Thanks!
