CommunicationI just bought a safety razor from this grooming store and they included some samples of their other products, which was a nice surprise. One of the samples was a shampoo from their own line, and I was very impressed with it. I might just have to buy it in the future. I didn't get a notification when my order was shipped, but I reached out to their customer service team via email and they replied promptly. My package arrived the next day, which was awesome. Overall, my experience with this grooming store was fantastic and I'll definitely be back.
