Rough start, honest
Rough start, honest
TrackingI actually started using it last Friday — opened the box, set things up right away and yeah, first impression was "huh, that didn't go as planned." Delivery showed as delivered but was a day late and tracking stopped updating halfway (annoying). I reached out to customer service the next morning; the rep was friendly and tried to help, but it took two replies and a day to get a real workaround, and the upgrades I paid for still behaved oddly (kept failing, had to redo them). Not terrible, not a complete disaster either — a bit frustrating, especially since I wanted it to work out of the box. Service people were polite though, which helped calm me down a bit.
