Bought a bookish mug for my morning tea—was nervous about shipping, then it actually arrived on time. Customer service quickly replied to my weird question, polite, helpful. I use the mug most mornings, love it now.

ProductI was mid-chaos — finals, a bad lower back, and the idea of a reliable backpack sounded like salvation. It arrived in time for Christmas, delivery was actually fine and the box looked normal, so I was relieved. Customer service replied when the bottom split after a few weeks and they sent a replacement, which was promising. Then the replacement ripped in exactly the same spot after even less time. So yeah, service answered and tried to help, but it didn’t fix the core problem. For a student splurging on something to carry textbooks and protect a sore back, it was a bad gamble. Nice delivery, polite responses, but the product just wasn’t up to daily use. I won’t buy this again.
