ServiceThe product was really good, but I ended up getting the wrong item in my order. I contacted them with my order number and photos of the mix-up, but the service I got back was pretty disappointing. They just told me to wait for a solution without suggesting a replacement or refund. Not getting things sorted out right away and not having good communication had me feeling really frustrated.
