Quick sleep aid
I’ve been having a tough time falling asleep lately, but thanks to these soundscapes and stories, I can now doze off in about 15 minutes, which is a big improvement for me. The sound quality is great and really helps me unwind. The only issue I had was figuring out how to adjust the speakers in the headband, but after a bit of trial and error, it was all good. All in all, I’m happy with my purchase and would definitely suggest it to anyone else having trouble sleeping.
