CommunicationSo I decided to get some tech gear from Denali Electronics, ya know? When my package arrived, most of the stuff was fine, but one thing seemed like it was already used by someone else! Not cool, dude. I tried contacting Customer Support, but they haven't gotten back to me in three days. Not impressed! At least the Tech Support guys were friendly, so I'll give them a solid 3 out of 5 stars.
