She was really nice and quick to respond, getting back to me in just a few hours. I was happy to find out that my necklace was under a 2-year warranty, and Elena quickly organized a free replacement to be sent to me. I appreciate the top-notch customer service from Daisy and would definitely suggest their products to others.
