Cotosen - Reviews and experiences

I was iffy about these pants — asked to cancel but they still sent a lousy pair in the wrong size. Tried them for a day, felt cheap; won't risk it again.

My experience with this company was so disappointing. I ordered some clothes online, thinking they looked great in the photos. But when my order came, the quality was really bad compared to what I saw online. The clothes looked nothing like the pictures and seemed to be cheaply made. On top of that, some stuff was missing from my order and the company wouldn't own up to it. I felt like I got ripped off, especially since I spent over $100. I'd tell everyone to stay away from this company and not buy anything from their website.

I gotta say, the shoes I got from Cotosen were way better than I expected. They look great and are super comfy. The quality is top-notch and the design is really stylish. But what really blew me away was the amazing customer service I got when I had a question about my order. The person I talked to knew their stuff and really paid attention to my concerns. It made a huge difference in making my shopping experience a positive one.
