My contact lens order got held up because of a problem with the supplier, which was a bummer. But the company sent me an email explaining the situation, which was nice. When I reached out to them about the delay, they were really sorry and understanding. Finally got my contact lenses this morning, and everything was spot on. They even checked in to make sure I got my order okay. I really appreciate how quick they were to respond and how willing they were to help out. I'd definitely think about ordering from them again in the future.

I recently had a bit of a hiccup with my order from this company because of a mix-up with my new prescription. When I sent in my updated prescription, they accidentally looked at the old one from last year instead, which ended up causing a delay in getting my order. Even though I tried to send the new prescription again, they asked me to text or email it, which seemed like a risky way to share personal info. This method didn't meet HIPPA guidelines, which I knew about from working in the industry. I did eventually get my order once everything was sorted out, but the whole situation left me feeling pretty unhappy with the whole process.
