CheckoutSo, I had this kinda crappy experience with this online store that sells clothes. They had this deal going on for a discount, which caught my eye, but when I tried to use it at the checkout, it didn't work like it was supposed to. I reached out to their customer service team through their online form and email, but I didn't get any help or fix for the problem at all. It was super annoying to see a company not following through on their offer and leaving a customer hanging like that.
