Returns & RefundsI unboxed this on a slow Sunday and was actually impressed by the look. I tried it that day. At first it worked fine, felt promising, but then it burned — kind of a surprise and not small. I emailed within the 30-day window and even called. Phone person said refund was coming and maybe return request, but nothing happened. Hope they sort it.
