In the middle of my nightly routine I grabbed a wipe and remembered the first time I saw these at my optometrist’s office — my coworker had also raved about them — so I tried them. They feel soft, not at all stingy, just cool and calming across my lids; one pass and the gunk’s gone, and my eyes breathe easier. I use them for maintenance, every few days, and they make real difference for dry eyes. There was a subscription hiccup once where shipments skipped and customer service was slow to reply, but I’m relieved they work well.

I followed my doctor's suggestion and ordered these for my morning eye routine. They took a while to arrive so I grabbed a cheaper pair from Amazon too. The cheap ones actually fixed the redness within days. These ones, though, burned — really intense stinging every time I used them. Same listed ingredients, so no clue why. I'm honestly glad the off-brand worked, otherwise I'd be stuck. Won't buy this again. It's annoying, but at least I learned something.
