my parcel shows as delivered but I never got it. No knock, no call, nothing from the courier that day. The tracking even has a signature and a name that isn't mine, plus another name I don't recognize. I told the seller right away and all they did was repeat that the transport company says it was delivered. If it was really delivered I wouldn't be contacting them, so that answer felt useless. I asked for a formal declaration I could sign saying I didn't receive it so they could investigate and refund me. They kept replying the same thing in every email. At one point they said they'd have the courier check the building. I asked when that would happen. They said they didn't know. So no timeline, no follow-up, no proper solution. I tried calling too, and it felt scripted and slow. I liked the product idea, but the whole aftercare was disappointing. My advice: double-check delivery options or be ready to push hard if something goes wrong. Small things like a clear process and a quick refund would have made a big difference. I won't risk it again.

I won’t order from them again. I needed a tub of protein for the weekend and their “two-day free shipping” was the selling point, so I ordered on a Tuesday. First impression was fine — checkout was easy and I felt confident. By Thursday nothing had shipped and I hadn’t heard a peep, so I messaged them to ask where it was. No reply. That annoyed me, and by Friday I went to a nearby shop and bought the same product there because I needed it. I messaged them Friday to cancel since it was already pointless, and then out of nowhere I get an email saying the package was shipped. Great, except I don’t want it anymore and it was supposed to be two days. I asked for a refund and a rep agreed, but now it’s almost a month later and the money hasn’t shown up. The last few emails I sent went unanswered. I finally opened a PayPal dispute to try to get my cash back. It’s mostly the poor communication that bugs me — if they’d answered a simple message on Thursday this whole thing could’ve been avoided. Also felt sketchy that when I left a one-star review on their site I got an automated note saying the review would be “in process of mediation” for two weeks; felt like they were trying to bury negative feedback. So yeah, useful if you never actually need the thing fast and don’t care about refunds, but that’s not me. I’m a bit frustrated and disappointed — could’ve been a simple, honest transaction. Instead it dragged on and I ended up spending more time chasing them than enjoying my purchase.
