I wouldn't order from these folks again — not after what happened. I bought a Raquel Welch wig, paid $160, and needed it for my birthday the next day because I'm going through cancer treatment again. I ordered in good faith. What showed up was an empty wig box. FedEx left it at my door and it wasn't ripped or obviously tampered with; they confirmed delivery was fine. I told the company right away, sent photos of the box and everything, and they said they'd file a claim with FedEx. Two women I spoke to sounded defensive, made me feel like I was making it up, and honestly I ended the call crying. After that they stopped answering my calls. Maybe FedEx isn't at fault — could be something in the seller's packing area — but they wouldn't consider that and they didn't own it. I've had problems with other sellers before and those companies at least stayed in touch and helped sort things, so this felt worse. It's not like I'm out to ruin anyone, but this experience was really poor. Wouldn't recommend, unless you want to risk getting an empty box.
