My husband and I purchased passes for a round at Bay of Quinte G ...C club, to play as we travelled to the east coast. Unfortunately we started but able to only play 5 holes due to weather conditions.
I contacted underpar and after speaking with a very helpful customer service rep was very happily surprised to be given a gift certificate for the pasess we redeemed and couldn't complete. Thank you for being so understanding and accommodating. It makes it easy to want to continue to purchase through underpar.
