    Currency exchange transfer

    Setting up a currency exchange transfer can be real frustrating, especially when you're trying to reach customer service on the phone.     So, I had this situation with a fund transfer gone wrong recently. It was a big amount of money and I tried reaching out to the company through email and phone a bunch of times, but no luck. The funds were still missing after almost 2 months. It was super annoying to deal with the delays and not knowing where my money was. After waiting for what felt like forever and bugging them with more calls and emails, I finally got through to someone on the phone who actually helped me out. They mentioned there were some internal communication issues causing the delay, which kinda makes sense. Still, the lack of response at first and the long wait weren't cool. I'd say the service was just okay overall.

    Oh my goodness, you won't believe the crazy experience I had trying to transfer some money! I thought it would be a breeze, but it turned into a huge disaster. I attempted to send $10,000 and it completely vanished - it was a total nightmare! I was panicking because that was my retirement gift and I needed it right away. I had been using this company for over a decade, so I was really disappointed in their shady business. Luckily, they finally reached out to me after I posted a review online, and I got my money back the next day. Thank goodness! But for real, they seriously need to up their customer service game.
