Currency exchange transfer
Setting up a currency exchange transfer can be real frustrating, especially when you're trying to reach customer service on the phone. It can really test your patience having to wait on hold for ages. But when you finally do get through to someone, they're super patient and helpful with any problems or questions you've got. Despite the bumpy start, I gotta say, the service is top-notch and I'd totally recommend it to others.

I've been using an online currency exchange service for about 10 years now, and for the most part, I've been pretty happy with it. Transactions are fast, and the rates are good. But recently, they made a change that made it harder for me to compare rates, which wasn't cool. I'll keep using it for now, but I'm not sure how long I'll stick with it.

I've been using this service for a few years now to send money from the UK to Portugal, where I live. The transfers always happen on the same day, the exchange rates are great, and the app they give you is super easy to use. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who needs to send money regularly.

So, I had this situation with a fund transfer gone wrong recently. It was a big amount of money and I tried reaching out to the company through email and phone a bunch of times, but no luck. The funds were still missing after almost 2 months. It was super annoying to deal with the delays and not knowing where my money was. After waiting for what felt like forever and bugging them with more calls and emails, I finally got through to someone on the phone who actually helped me out. They mentioned there were some internal communication issues causing the delay, which kinda makes sense. Still, the lack of response at first and the long wait weren't cool. I'd say the service was just okay overall.
Fast exchanges, competitive rates
Exchanges and transfers have been going smoothly and the rates are pretty good. The only downside is the phone app - it's not very reliable. It keeps freezing and I have to log in multiple times.
Transferring money abroad
It's faster than they say, with great rates, and the app is a lifesaver for me when I'm making a lot of transfers. I have a student studying abroad and a house to pay for, so I haven't bothered looking anywhere else for rates. Why waste time when the best option is right here?
Transaction issue
I tried to send some money with them and it like took forever, eh? I was so frustrated, you know what I mean? Finally, I called the help desk and this guy named Sean totally saved the day. He fixed everything super quick, he was awesome, eh?

It took multiple inquiries and emails before my money was finally sent to the right account, but the delay was way longer than expected. This whole mess has me questioning whether the company can actually deliver on their promises and keep up the level of service I've grown used to.

I've been with the company for nine years and never had any issues until now. Lately, there have been long delays with my funds. Since February 19th, I haven't been able to make any transactions in Australia. I tried reaching out to customer support and asking for my money back, but all I get are robotic responses that don't help at all. I'm annoyed with how slow they're being in fixing this. I really hope they give me my money back soon.

Oh my goodness, you won't believe the crazy experience I had trying to transfer some money! I thought it would be a breeze, but it turned into a huge disaster. I attempted to send $10,000 and it completely vanished - it was a total nightmare! I was panicking because that was my retirement gift and I needed it right away. I had been using this company for over a decade, so I was really disappointed in their shady business. Luckily, they finally reached out to me after I posted a review online, and I got my money back the next day. Thank goodness! But for real, they seriously need to up their customer service game.
