Solid Gold Bars
Buying those gold bars was awesome from start to finish. Ordering them was a breeze and I was pleasantly surprised by all the different products on the website. The prices were fair and I felt like I got a good deal for the quality of the gold bars I bought. The only downside was the delivery. Even though the tracking said the package was still in Nevada, I got a notification saying it was out for delivery elsewhere. That caused some confusion and frustration since I was expecting it at a different time. The package did arrive the next day, but the issues didn't end there. I had asked for a signature upon delivery, but the postman just left it in the mailbox without getting one. That was worrying considering the value of the item. All in all, I was happy with my purchase, but shipping could definitely use some work.
Easy and satisfactory experience
I just bought something from this company, and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with how it all went down. Everything from placing my order to getting it delivered was a breeze, no issues at all. The company was great at keeping me in the loop and answering any questions I had right away. Although, I did run into some problems with the shipping, which was not the best experience. The delay was all because FedEx was not on top of their game, so next time I'll go with USPS or UPS. But, even with that little hiccup, I'm overall pleased with how everything turned out, and I'll definitely be doing business with them again.

Dealing with this company has been a real pleasure from beginning to end. The only tricky part was getting that box open once my order came in, but it's a good thing cause it means my stuff was really well wrapped. I was kind of bummed when I got my limited edition item and the case was damaged and the silver was scuffed. But I have to say, the company totally came through with some great customer service. Even though they couldn't replace the item, they gave me the choice of returning it for a full refund or keeping it and getting a coupon for their site. Pretty decent of them, eh?
