Oh my goodness, you won't believe the crazy experience I had trying to transfer some money! I thought it would be a breeze, but it turned into a huge disaster. I attempted to send $10,000 and it completely vanished - it was a total nightmare! I was panicking because that was my retirement gift and I needed it right away. I had been using this company for over a decade, so I was really disappointed in their shady business.
