Online check-in, smooth flight
I was totally freaked out about flying, especially after reading what everyone else had to say. But wow, my flight was actually amazing! We checked in online, zipped through security, and then just chilled until our flight time. Boarding was a breeze because I chose our seats online and paid a little extra to sit together (totally worth it, people need to relax about spending more sometimes!). The crew was friendly, and the flight was super smooth. We landed right on schedule. No complaints from me - hoping our return trip is just as awesome! So, if you're scared of flying like I am, no need to stress - it was all good!
Quick and Easy Booking
I had zero issues booking my flight online, and checking in was easy peasy. I'm glad I paid for my baggage ahead of time because it was way cheaper than other airlines. The whole airport situation went super smoothly, no long lineups to deal with, and the airport and airplane staff were so nice and helpful.
Flight tickets with the airline
The staff was super rude, eh? They were yelling and being real mean. They wouldn't even let me snap any pics and watched me delete them from my phone. Plus, they kept bumping into me without saying sorry, eh? I swear, I'm never flying with this airline again because of how terrible the staff was, eh?
Flight experience
My recent flight experience was so disappointing, eh? When I hopped on the plane, the seats were cramped and super uncomfortable, making the whole trip unbearable. The staff didn't seem to care about our discomfort and didn't even try to make things better. It felt like they just wanted to finish the flight as fast as they could, you know?
Lost luggage, unfair compensation
They lost my luggage for three days on a 1 hour connecting flight with them, eh? They were delayed and when I claimed for the basics, they only offered me 30% of the value. There was no way to talk about or dispute the offer for the rest, whether through the chat bot or customer service. I ended up losing money because of this, so I would recommend that no one uses hold luggage with them if they want to either use it or get compensated for any losses, you know?
Short break booking
What a terrible experience trying to book a quick getaway. They changed our flight without even telling us, so we ended up losing a whole night of our trip and some hard-earned cash. They didn't even offer us any compensation. Just a real letdown all around, eh.
Seat selection phone call
I was on the phone with this super annoying person who wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise! She just kept talking and talking about nothing important. I haven't even flown with this company yet, but now I'm already dreading it because of her. If this is how they treat customers on the phone, I can't even imagine what the flight will be like!
Denied boarding with correct paperwork
I was denied boarding even though I had all the right documents. I couldn't reach anyone for help and couldn't speak to a real person on the phone. I'm really upset about the terrible customer service and annoyed by the airline's lack of responsibility. I wish they would just go out of business.
My bag was too big and I had to pay a lot extra for it!
So, like, I had this bag that I thought would totally fit in the cabin, but then I had to pay like €120 because it was too big. I saw other people with even bigger bags getting away with it, so not fair at all! Everything was all good when I left Canada, but on the way back, the staff were so rude and not helpful at all. Honestly, don't even waste your time with this airline, just steer clear!
Flight to Barcelona
Oh man, the customer service was seriously the worst! I showed up at the Amsterdam airport all set to catch my flight to Barcelona but there was nobody at the check-in desk! Then the gate was closed even though the flight was still there! And when I tried calling customer service, nobody picked up! Finally, when I did get through the next day, they were super rude and didn't even try to help me out. I can't even wrap my head around how terrible this airline is!
Business travel frequency
As someone who travels a lot for work, I end up flying with this airline quite a bit because they have limited direct flights to certain places I need to go. But, I gotta be real - the cabin crew's customer service leaves a lot to be desired compared to other more budget-friendly airlines. The whole experience just isn't up to par, and it's kind of disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism in the airline industry. I think they need to step up their game with better training and policies to improve the service they offer.
Priority boarding scam
I recently flew with this airline and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with their priority boarding. I paid extra for it, thinking I'd get on the plane early, but it was a total let down. They made us all wait in this packed room for what felt like forever, and when it was finally time to board, there was no real order. Everyone just rushed in, and it was a mess. I felt like the whole idea of priority boarding was pointless. It's frustrating that they charge extra for something that doesn't even work. They should be ashamed of this fake system.
Flight credit issue
I recently had an issue with my flight credit that was expiring tomorrow. I tried to book a flight today, but it said the credit had expired already. When I tried to get help from customer service, I couldn't find an option to talk to a real person. It was super frustrating and disappointing to not get the support I needed.
