Quick Response and Good Communication
I gotta say, I was really impressed with how fast the team at this company got back to me and how well they kept me in the loop. Every time I reached out with a question or issue, they were on the ball with getting me the answers I needed. Not to mention, they were super helpful in breaking down any issues I came across and offering up fixes. All in all, I felt like they really listened to me and took care of my needs as a customer, making my whole experience with them really pleasant.
Flight booking experience
My experience changing passenger details for my flight booking was pretty frustrating at first, eh. I forgot to put in my passport expiry date, so I had to pay extra for the changes, which seemed kinda unreasonable to me, you know? But then I called customer service and explained my situation, and the rep quickly sorted everything out without any extra charges, which was a relief. I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful and responsive service I got, eh.
Booking a flight
I gotta say, booking my flight was a breeze. Picking out my dates and getting my boarding pass was a piece of cake. But, things took a turn when I tried to hop on the plane and got hit with some surprise fees from the airline. It really put a damper on an otherwise smooth booking experience. If you're thinking about booking a flight, I'd say go for it with this service, but watch out for sneaky fees with airlines like Wizzair.
First time user experience
I was a little unsure at first since it was my first time using the service, but everything worked out really well. I didn't encounter any problems at all. One thing I would suggest is to maybe show the flight cost right away instead of waiting for passport details. This way, customers have more flexibility to review and maybe adjust their plans.

They give you lots of options for scheduling flights with cheap airlines in Europe. If one of your flights gets cancelled, they make sure you get to your destination on time by offering other routes for free or at a low cost. I even had a window seat one time! I was happy with the service and choices they offered.
TSA pre-check addition
I had a tough time finding the phone number on the website, but after a couple of tries, I finally got a hold of customer support. They were able to put my TSA pre-check info on one of my boarding passes and even passed along the number to tech support for the other pass. It was a bit of a pain, but they pulled through in the end.
Flight booking assistance
The customer service rep I spoke with was super nice, patient, and really helpful. She took her time to help me finish up my checking info and made sure I understood the whole process. Her communication was top-notch, and she gave me fantastic customer service. All in all, she made things easy and enjoyable for me.
Flight tickets
Hey there, I've been using this travel app for a little bit now and it was pretty good to start. But now, they just won't stop pushing insurance on me and it's starting to bug me. Seriously, can't I just buy my tickets without all the extra hassle? Definitely in the market for a different travel app.
