Flight experience
My recent flight experience was so disappointing, eh? When I hopped on the plane, the seats were cramped and super uncomfortable, making the whole trip unbearable. The staff didn't seem to care about our discomfort and didn't even try to make things better. It felt like they just wanted to finish the flight as fast as they could, you know?

Clothing purchase, $70
I spent 70 bucks on clothes but couldn't try them on 'cause of covid. Then when I got home, nothin' fit right. The sizes were all wonky - XL felt more like an XS. Makes me mad that the store only does merchandise credit or exchange, not cash back. I feel ripped off and super frustrated about losin' 70 bucks.

Convenient booking system with helpful maps and driver assistance
The booking system was so helpful for folks like me who aren't from around here. It made it really easy to find the best bus or car and see exactly where we were coming and going on a map. The driver was really awesome too - they went above and beyond to pick up someone who was lost. The only thing I would change is for the car to be a bit cleaner on the outside, it would have made the whole trip even better.
