Cute but overpriced accessories
I really like the stuff they have for artists, but I think the quality could be better considering how much they cost. A lot of the accessories seem kind of cheap, and the jewelry doesn't last very long. I've found similar things somewhere else for way less money.

I just bought a dog collar and leash set from this company, and honestly, I am super impressed with how great they are. The quality and design are top-notch, you can totally tell that they put a lot of effort into them. My fur baby looks so stylish and secure wearing them. The unique designs make my pet really stand out, and I feel good knowing that they're made to last. I am so happy with my purchase and for sure will be coming back for more stuff in the future.

My time at SoClean was pretty good overall. The only issue I had was when I tried to change the water reservoir and it started leaking at first. But, I managed to fix it by switching the seal from the old reservoir to the new one.

Winter coat and gloves
So, I ordered this winter coat and gloves online 'cause my mom said I needed 'em for when we go see Grandma up north. I was so pumped when I ordered 'em, but then I got TWO messages sayin' they were comin', and then nothin'! Like, what's the deal with that? So annoying. And then they finally showed up THREE days late, and the delivery guy was all, "I'm not the usual guy," like, no kidding, how would I know that? And the tracking was a joke, showin' 'em movin' and then just stoppin', just like the driver's blank face. Ugh, kinda sucked overall, to be honest.

I just bought a power drill from this company and it was a total nightmare. The ordering process was a pain because the website was all messed up and hard to figure out. I never even got a confirmation email after I ordered it, and when I tried to contact customer service, no one ever got back to me. It's like they just took my money and disappeared.

I just bought this gorgeous ring from this company, and let me tell you, the sapphire gemstone is absolutely stunning. I recently bought some t-shirts and jewelry from this store, eh. But ya know what? It wasn't the best, to be honest. The stuff was way too expensive and it didn't really meet my standards in terms of quality. Plus, I've been waiting for like over 10 days for my order to get here, which is just not cool, ya know? So, I tried to reach out to customer service for some help, but the responses I got were pretty unprofessional and not helpful at all. It just left me feeling frustrated and let down, eh. Overall, my experience was far from good, and I definitely won't be shopping here again in the future, eh.

Watch order delay
I bought this watch on December 7th, and I gotta say, I was kinda bummed when it took three weeks to arrive instead of the 2-3 days they promised. Turns out they were out of stock, but they didn't say that on the website, which was kinda annoying. But, the customer service folks were pretty nice in their emails and that helped. On the bright side, my husband is over the moon about the watch – he thinks it looks amazing.
