Life-changing CPAP cleaning solution
I've been dealing with sleep apnea for well over ten years now, and let me tell you, using a CPAP machine has made a huge difference in how I feel on a daily basis. The only downside was having to clean it manually, which was a total pain and took up a lot of time. Waiting for the mask and hose to dry was no fun either. But then I found this game-changing CPAP cleaning system that has seriously changed the game for me. Ever since I started using it, I've noticed that I hardly ever get sick anymore, and I don't have to deal with annoying colds or respiratory problems like before. I can't recommend this product enough to anyone who relies on a CPAP machine for a good night's sleep. Plus, it's great to know that it's covered by HSA/FSA!
CPAP cleaning device
I've been using a CPAP cleaning device for a few years now, and it's really helped me sleep better by easing my morning headaches. But lately, I've been having some trouble with the water chamber seal, which is making it hard to get a good seal and causing some noise. When I got a new CPAP machine from Baycare Homecare, they told me to stop using the cleaning device because it could mess up the internal seals. So now I'm not sure if I should keep using the device that has worked well for me before. I've decided to give it a shot and try using the CPAP machine without the cleaning device for a while to see if there's any difference in how it works.
CPAP cleaning unit
I just got my CPAP cleaning unit in the mail pretty quickly. It came mostly put together and in good shape, all set up for me to use. The only problem I've had is that the doors don't close smoothly because they hit each other, especially noticeable after I use the sliding shelf. It's a bit annoying for me that it's hard to turn off the CPAP machine if I wake up during the night and take off the mask before fully waking up. It would make more sense for the CPAP unit to be on top, but for now, I'm dealing with it.
CPAP cleaning machine purchase
My husband used to get sick with upper respiratory infections a lot, even though we cleaned his supplies regularly. Ever since we started using the CPAP cleaning machine, he hardly ever gets sick. We like it so much that we bought a second one to keep in another place. We did find out that the mask he uses can't be put in the machine because it has a soft cushion that gets ruined easily. So, we just use CPAP wipes on it instead. We really appreciate how easy it is to use our CPAP cleaning machine.
Sanitizing product
I gotta tell ya, I'm really happy with the sanitizing stuff I got. It works great on my gear and makes me feel good knowing everything's clean. There's a bit of a ozone scent, but it's not too bad. All in all, I'm really pleased with what I bought and the peace of mind it brings me.
CPAP machine modifications
This thing is great and really easy to set up. One thing that was kind of annoying was that I had to chat with someone to get info about modifications for CPAP machines that come with the order. It would have been much better if that info was just on the site, you know? I almost didn't order it because of that, but luckily I got it sorted out!

I just ordered something online and was supposed to get a discount, but it didn't show up. So, I got in touch with customer service for help and they were so fast in getting back to me. They actually contacted me the next week to let me know they refunded the missing amount. I was really impressed with how well they handled my issue. SoClean machines
I've been using this product for a few years now and have had two SoClean machines that have been great. I recently upgraded to the SoClean 3 and ordering was super easy. I've never had any problems with the machines' performance, so I'm sure the new one will be just as good. I haven't had to reach out to customer service yet, but I'm optimistic that it will be just as smooth as ordering.
CPAP machine part purchase
I had a bit of a frustrating time trying to order a CPAP machine part online. The description wasn't clear enough for me to choose the right part, so I ended up getting the wrong one. But, when I called and explained everything to a representative, they helped me quickly get the right part. Once I got the correct part, my CPAP machine worked like a charm.
Quick and easy purchase
My time at SoClean was pretty good overall. The only issue I had was when I tried to change the water reservoir and it started leaking at first. But, I managed to fix it by switching the seal from the old reservoir to the new one.

I'm really happy with my purchase of the SoClean II machine. They process orders super quick and the delivery was fast. The machine is simple to use and has really helped make my daily routine a lot better.
Checkout process smooth
I really liked how simple the checkout was, no stress at all. But I think the prices could be better - it's tough to pay full price when there are cheaper options available. It would be awesome if the prices were a bit more competitive, maybe around $20.

I was having some trouble getting my new cpap machine to connect with my SoClean, and I gotta say, I was starting to get pretty frustrated. But then I gave customer service a shout and got talking to Kristen, who was an absolute lifesaver. She was so patient, knew her stuff, and walked me through everything without a hitch. I would've been lost without her help, and I'm really thankful for all she did.
SoClean machine
I'm so happy with my SoClean machine! It was really easy to get started with and use. I like that it's simple to order new parts when I need them. My doctor told me to use a sleep apnea machine, and I really think SoClean is the best for keeping everything clean and safe. Once it's set up, I don't have to do much other than keep it plugged in and updated.
