Milwaukee products
I just bought some power tools from Acme Tools recently and had a great time. I chose to go with Milwaukee products from their site since they're an authorized dealer. Ordering was easy and my stuff arrived quickly. The tools were exactly as advertised and I'm happy with the quality. I wanted to leave a review because good experiences should be talked about too, not just the bad ones. Acme Tools really came through for me with a smooth and efficient shopping experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to shop with them again.
DeWalt Table Saw Purchase
Even though I saw some bad reviews online, I still decided to give them a shot because of the awesome deal I saw on their website. I ended up buying a DeWalt Table Saw 10" and it arrived right on schedule. Putting it together was a breeze and the saw itself worked like a charm. I was really happy with my purchase and definitely didn't second-guess my choice to buy from them.
Bought a tool
Yeah, so like, seriously, don't even think about signing up or logging in for anything from them, eh? I did it once and now I'm stuck in a deluge of spam emails that I can't seem to shake. It's like a scary movie but with emails instead of creepy clowns. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of anything that asks for your email address, take my word for it.
tools for my workshop
I just bought some tools for my workshop at this store. I've had some issues with orders before, but their customer service is always great. Being able to sort out problems easily is important to me, and Acme Tools has always come through. If I run into any troubles, I make sure to take pictures and send them for a smooth fix.
Power tools
I gotta say, if you care about your privacy, you might want to think twice before buying from this company. I bought some power tools and now I'm getting so many spam emails and junk mail. It's like they don't care about customer privacy at all and are just selling our info to anyone who'll pay for it. I've been spending hours trying to unsubscribe from all these mailing lists I never even signed up for. It's so frustrating and just makes me wish I never bought anything from them to begin with. The tools might be good quality, but the invasion of privacy is a major downside.
DeWalt Order
I recently bought a DeWalt tool online, but it turned out to be a really frustrating experience. Soon after I placed my order, I noticed some weird charges on my credit card. I tried to cancel my order right away, but the customer service team told me it was already on its way. I never got any shipping info, though. I feel like I got ripped off. I've been trying to get a refund or at least the stuff I ordered, but no luck. This company clearly doesn't care about its customers. Be careful if you're thinking about buying from them - could be a scam.
Order for tools
I ordered some amazing tools over the phone and they arrived really quickly the next day. The products were really high quality and the customer service was great. They even showed up earlier than they said they would, which was a huge help for our project. Thanks so much!
Purchased Gearwrench hood light
I reached out to the company after waiting for my order for 3 weeks. They got back to me a day or two after, saying it would be sent out the next day like they didn't even know about my order. When I finally got my package, I got 3 items in total. The first 2 were okay, but the Gearwrench hood light looked like it was already used. It seemed like someone had used it for a week and then returned it. I wasn't too happy about paying for something that was clearly used.
Power drill
I just bought a power drill from this company and it was a total nightmare. The ordering process was a pain because the website was all messed up and hard to figure out. I never even got a confirmation email after I ordered it, and when I tried to contact customer service, no one ever got back to me. It's like they just took my money and disappeared.
New Tools
I bought some new tools from this place but they never showed up! Like what?? I called them to ask where my stuff was and they said it was already delivered but wouldn't show me any proof. Then when I asked them what they could do to help me out, they were like "lol you waited too long to ask, so you're on your own." Honestly, the worst customer service ever.
Recent Tool Purchase
So, I bought something from that store not too long ago, and let me tell you, their customer service was seriously lacking. I tried to contact them a few times to ask about my order, but I never heard back from them. It was really annoying and it definitely made me hesitant to shop there again.
Overcharged for out-of-stock machinery
I bought a machinery piece from this company because it said it was available. But then I got an email saying it was actually out of stock and wouldn't be shipped. To top it off, they still charged my credit card even though I didn't get the item. I contacted customer service, but it was a pain to get a refund. This whole situation has made me super frustrated, and I won't be buying from them again.
Heated jacket purchase
I bought a heated jacket from this company back on November 1st. But let me tell ya, they kept dragging their feet and the darn thing didn't show up until January 20th! That's it for me, once was enough. I'm gonna go with a different store from now on, even if it costs more. I'd rather pay a bit extra for good quality than deal with this mess again.

I recently bought some stuff from Acme Tools while they were having their Big Red Tool Sale. I spotted a couple of top-rated Milwaukee tools that I really needed, so I tossed them in my cart. The website said that one of the tools came with a free battery and charger included with the purchase, which sounded like a sweet deal. On top of that, I had a coupon code that was supposed to automatically kick in during checkout, knocking $10 off the final price. But when the tools arrived, the free battery and charger were nowhere to be seen.
Power tool kit
I bought a power tool kit from a company recently, but it didn't go well. I had a hard time checking on my order or reaching customer service after I paid. I felt frustrated and worried about my purchase since no one was communicating with me. It took a month and a half to get my order, which made me trust the company even less. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone because of how my experience went.
Online order experience
I recently ordered something online from this company and the whole experience was just awful. Even though I updated my address in my customer profile before ordering, somehow the shipping address got messed up and ended up being my old address. So my $600 order of tools ended up at my old place in a different province. Then, when I had to place another order because I really needed those tools urgently, I only got one of the two extra tools that were supposed to come with it. And to top it all off, in order to get that second free tool worth $150, the company wanted to charge me for another $600 order and then refund one of the charges after 10-18 days. That just seemed so unfair and confusing to me.
