Recent 8k TV purchase
Eh, so I recently bought this fancy 8k TV and it's been a real pain in the butt. Every night, like clockwork at 1:05 am, it decides to turn off by itself and it's really starting to grind my gears, ya know? I tried reaching out to customer service for some help, and let me tell ya, it's been a complete gong show. They promised to send a top-notch tech guy to fix it up, but no one has shown up yet. My opinion of this company has seriously tanked. Their customer service is just not up to snuff and I'm majorly let down by the whole shebang.

Water cream purchase
My recent purchase of the water cream was not great. When it arrived, I could tell right away that something was off because the package felt super light. Then, when I opened it, I was so surprised to see that the box was empty! I was pretty disappointed and frustrated because it was obvious that there was a mistake during shipping. Not only was there no product in the box, but there wasn't even an apology for the error. Luckily, the customer service team did send me a replacement after I reached out to them. Despite that, this whole situation has definitely made me think twice about buying from this company in the future.

Shower Gel Gift Set
I am so frustrated with how my gifts are packaged. It's like they don't even pay attention to the details. Why can't they just remember to include a gift bag? It's not that difficult! And then they offer to send it separately, but not until Tuesday? That's just silly. And don't even get me started on the "minis" they want to give me as compensation. It's a joke. I want my gift to be complete and look nice right from the beginning, not thrown together at the last minute. They really need to step up their game!

I had a really bad experience with online tutoring. I reached out to a tutor and they told me to schedule a session. But I didn't actually pick a date or time and still got charged $76 on my credit card. I felt totally lied to and I wouldn't advise anyone else to use this service. It seemed sketchy, like a total scam to be honest.
