I bought some socks from this company not too long ago, and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with what I got and how they treated me overall. The socks themselves were top-notch, the service was fast and on point, no complaints there. But, I gotta admit, I was a little bummed when I found out there were some sneaky extra taxes and import fees tacked onto the price I paid. Ended up being an extra 28% on top of what I thought I was paying, which was a bit of a letdown. It would've been nice if they had made that clearer before I placed my order, ya know? Left me feeling a bit misled if you ask me.

I had a bad experience with customer service recently. I contacted them about a problem with my order and asked for a refund, but they said it would take two whole months to even start processing it. Their lack of urgency and communication made me feel frustrated and let down. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had with a company.
