Elegant ready-to-wear clothing
The clothes look really nice and are good quality, but I found them a bit expensive for what you get. But the customer service was so great - they were really helpful when I asked about sizes. Ordering was super easy and the delivery was quick. Overall, it was alright, but I'm not sure if I'll buy again because of the prices.

Florence attractions ticket purchase
At first, I wasn't sure about buying tickets for attractions in Florence, but I was really happy with how easy and convenient it was. Skipping the long lines at the popular spots was amazing and made me feel less stressed during my trip. Although there were a few times where I had to hunt down the ticket office to use my tickets, which was a bit annoying. But despite that small issue, it was still a great experience that I would suggest to other people.

Bikepacking tent purchase
The Opalus 3-person tent has finally come in and I'm so pumped to try it out on my next bike adventure. I've heard nothing but good things about this tent so I've got high expectations for how it'll do on the road. It's super light and easy to set up which is perfect for my trips outside. And there's plenty of room inside to keep my stuff and sleep comfortably. I'm excited to see how it handles different weather and terrain. I know this tent will be even better than I thought it would be and it'll definitely be a must-have in my camping gear lineup.

I just got a DNA kit and the report it gave me was so cool! It showed me where my DNA comes from and even gave me info on both my mom and dad's sides. Way better than another kit I tried before. Living DNA really stepped it up with all the details and interesting info. Honestly, I was super impressed with the results and thought it was definitely worth the money.

Ramen purchase
Lately, I ran into some trouble with my membership billing which was messing with my ability to get my hands on that tasty ramen I can't get enough of. Luckily, Margot, the customer service rep, was able to help me out real quick and get everything sorted. She was really understanding and got things done fast. What really impressed me was how flexible and personal her service was. Instead of just sticking to the rules, Margot showed she cared and treated me like a valued customer. It's nice to know there are actual people working at this company. Thanks to Margot, I can now go ahead and order some Spicy Ramen stress-free.

Necklace and diamond studs purchase
I recently bought this necklace from the store and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with it. But there was one thing that bugged me - the chain had a couple of knots that I couldn't get out no matter how hard I tried. I get that it's not really the store's fault, but it was still annoying to deal with. And then, to top it off, one of the diamond studs I got started getting loose after only a few months of wearing it. Now I'm a bit hesitant to keep wearing them.
