As a customer searching for British records, I gotta say I felt like the platform was way too centered on American records and kinda had a bias towards them. It was a real challenge to find the British records I was after. The search bar wasn't easy to use, and even when I had a clear idea of what I needed, it was a struggle to locate it. The delivery experience for my major appliance was absolutely terrible. It took me three hours on the phone just to try to sort out the issues with my order. Depending on who I spoke to, there was always a different excuse - from not being able to find my order to not being able to help me because it was an in-store purchase. To make matters worse, they couldn't proceed with the installation because they were missing a part that should have been delivered weeks ago. This has been a terrible experience that has completely turned me off from ever using this store again, despite being a loyal customer in the past for all my appliances and electronics.
