Stock market advice subscription
The advice I've been getting from this subscription has been way better than any fund manager I've worked with before. I've seen some great returns in the 12 to 15 companies I've invested in on their recommendations. The Motley Fool recommends doing your own research before buying stocks, and I really like that. I'm definitely going to keep subscribing to their services, especially "Stock Adviser" and "Dividend Investor."

Unsolicited spam emails
I recently had a really frustrating experience with this online store that keeps sending me tons of annoying spam emails. Even though I tried to unsubscribe, I still get emails every day from different Gmail accounts trying to sell me crappy products with low quality pictures. They clearly don't care about customer service because they keep ignoring my requests for a refund from a purchase I made earlier. It's really disappointing to see a company stoop to these levels, so I definitely recommend avoiding this sketchy place.

Funko Pop Vinyl Figure
Oh my goodness, I was so excited to grab this awesome Funko Pop Vinyl Figure, but when I was about to pay, the shipping cost suddenly jumped from $6 to $26! It totally caught me off guard, like, why didn't it show up sooner? And when I tried to back out, they were all like "sorry, no can do" and I was stuck with the crazy expensive shipping. Like, seriously, who does that? Ugh. But after reaching out to customer service, they ended up lowering the shipping cost, so that was pretty nice of them. Still, just a heads up, always double-check that shipping cost before hitting that buy button, alright?

Convenient but Disappointing Purchase
The product seemed really handy at first, but I was kinda disappointed with how it turned out. They said the boxes wouldn't leak, but that wasn't my reality. They just blamed my cat and some supposed manufacturing problem for the leaks, which was pretty annoying. The damage to my brand new flooring was not cool, and not getting an apology or any help after shelling out nearly $900 was a letdown.

I've bought stuff from this company before and never had any problems until now. This time, everything was delayed - took almost two weeks from ordering to finally getting a delivery date from the courier. It's been really frustrating and disappointing because I've always gotten my stuff quickly from them in the past. Hopefully, this was just a one-off thing and my future orders will be smoother.

Eye cream purchase
I bought an eye cream at a fancy shop when I was on vacation for $130. But after using it for a few months, the pump broke and I couldn't even open the lid. I got in touch with the company and they said my bottle was an old version that had been improved since. I was hoping for a replacement or a refund, but they couldn't do either. So now I'm pretty bummed out considering how expensive the eye cream was. The customer service and quality really let me down.

My winter jacket
I picked up this awesome winter jacket last year and honestly, at first, I wasn't too sure about it. But now, it's become my absolute fave! It's a little oversized, which is perfect cause I can easily layer it over my hoodie. And I always roll up the cuffs since it's a bit long on me. If only it had those snap side tabs they promised, then I could totally rock it with just a tee.

I really wish there were clearer instructions on how to navigate the loan processing system. It was so frustrating to have to make multiple calls just to figure out some basic steps. I believe providing better guidance right from the start would be really helpful for customers like me who are using this service for the first time. Swing your wings charm
I bought a charm from your store not too long ago, but I lost it. I asked about getting a new one, but was told I have to buy a whole new bag that costs over 400 dollars just to get the charm. Before, I could buy the charm on its own for 25 dollars, but now it's only with the bags. I think if I'm spending that much money, I should be able to just buy the charm. It seems like you care more about money than making customers happy.

Wedding outfit assistance
I wasn't too sure about going back to this store after a not-so-great visit last time, but I'm really happy I did! The sales associate really went out of her way to help me find the perfect outfits for my niece's wedding and reception. She knew her stuff and was super helpful. Not only did she help me find the right sizes, but she also helped me choose accessories and shoes to go with the outfits. I really appreciate her top-notch service and how she paid attention to every little detail. Big props to her for going above and beyond with her customer service!

I received my amazing costume just in time, and it fit me perfectly! I had to pay a bit extra for customs and duty, but thankfully I had duty insurance. The shop even refunded me some of the extra fees, which was really kind of them! I would definitely purchase from them again.

1800 dollar laptop charger
Two months after buying this laptop for $1800, the charger fell off my desk onto the floor and broke. It was just a short fall, but it couldn't handle it. I thought the warranty would take care of getting me a new charger, but Lenovo said no because it fell on the floor. Also, the laptop had a bunch of pre-installed junk that was a real pain to get rid of. I'm pretty let down by how easily the charger broke and the unhelpful customer service from Lenovo.

So I bought 4 big rugs from Joybuy not that long ago, each one 9ft by 12ft. Can you believe it? When my order finally arrived, all I got was a dinky little bag of fake flowers. Like, what the heck! They totally scammed me, and it's just not cool. Seriously, I expected way better from them.
