New bed and couch
Hey, so I picked up this new bed and couch from this store, and man, let me tell you, it feels like I'm sleeping and sitting on a cloud! The bed is super comfy, I almost struggle to get out of it in the morning. And the couch is ideal for movie nights with my pals. The best part is the staff at the store were really friendly and helped me choose the perfect pieces for my room. They really knew their stuff and made sure I got a great deal. On top of that, the delivery was fast and simple. I'm thrilled with my new furniture!
Sofa purchase
I just bought a sofa from this store, and I have to say, I am really impressed with how good it is. The design is so stylish and modern, it fits in perfectly with my home decor. Sofa and dining set
I bought some furniture from this shop that's really nice and good quality, looks amazing in my place. But, gotta say, the customer service wasn't the greatest. The salesperson seemed more concerned about selling stuff than actually helping me pick the right pieces for my home. Was kinda annoyed by their lack of product knowledge and how long it took to get some help. On the bright side, the delivery was quick and everything arrived in perfect shape.
I bought a new couch
Hey there, so I just picked up this new couch from Dufresne and I gotta say, it's so darn comfy! The fabric is super soft and the color is just perfect. The delivery guys were really friendly too, they brought it in and set it up in my living room. Yeah, it was a bit pricey, but I think it's totally worth it for the quality. All in all, I'm really pleased with my buy and I'm excited to show it off to all my pals!

Oh man, I gotta tell you, I was completely amazed by how awesome the living room furniture set I got from this store was. The materials were so top quality, the design was super stylish, and it totally upgraded the vibe of my living room. I'm seriously thrilled with my purchase!
Sectional couch purchase
Hey, so I bought this sectional couch about a year ago, and man, it was the biggest mistake. It's like so uncomfortable and the cushions just won't stay put! I tried calling to get it fixed, but all they said was to send pics and have a technician come over. Seriously? Like, that won't help at all! I dropped 2 grand on this piece of junk and it's not even worth 2 bucks. So annoying. Now I'm stuck with this lousy couch. Definitely not buying from them again, that's for sure.
Bought a new bed and couch
I got a new bed and couch from this store and let me tell you, they are amazing! The bed is so comfy and the couch is just perfect for hanging out and watching movies with my friends. They had a ton of cool stuff to check out there, I felt so grown up picking out my own furniture for my room.
Bedroom set purchase
I recently bought a bedroom set from this furniture store and unfortunately, the experience has been terrible. I placed my order in August with a delivery scheduled for September 7th, but I never heard anything about a delay. On September 26th, I decided to cancel my order, even with the 10% loss, because I was frustrated by the lack of communication. They promised a quick delivery and a $100 reduction in delivery fees, but only half of the set arrived on November 11th. I'm still waiting for the dresser and haven't received any updates on the status. When I called to express my concerns about the delays, they were not apologetic and only offered a $100 refund for the inconvenience. For a $6000 purchase, this level of customer service is unacceptable and makes me feel like I've been scammed.
Furniture delivery issues
I recently bought some furniture from this place, and I gotta say, it was a total disaster. The paperwork was all mixed up, and the delivery folks ended up having a big argument with my partner when they showed up. On top of that, our TV stand was never even put on the delivery truck to begin with! When I tried to sort things out with the store, I was told that the salesperson in charge wasn't around, so they couldn't do anything. Are you kidding me? Is this how you wanna treat your customers after they've paid? It's totally not cool.

This place is such a joke, eh. I went in looking for a new sofa and ended up waiting forever for someone to even say hi to me. The sales staff were more interested in chatting with each other than helping me out. When I finally did get some help, it was honestly not the greatest. The prices were way too high for what they were selling. And let me tell you, the delivery process was a disaster - it took forever for my sofa to show up, and when it did, it was all messed up! Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

I ordered a couch over a year ago and I'm still waiting for it. I've contacted them multiple times for updates but all I get are empty promises that it's coming soon. I've had enough of waiting and I'm fed up with this situation. I've decided to cancel my order and go somewhere else. This company is a complete joke and I recommend avoiding them at all costs.

My experience with this company was really disappointing, eh. I bought a sofa and was told it would be delivered and installed quickly, but that didn't happen. The delivery was delayed many times and nobody kept me in the loop or updated me. When I asked for help, I was bounced between different employees and never got a good solution. The lack of responsibility and bad customer service just made me feel frustrated and disappointed with my purchase, eh.

I was really looking forward to getting my new furniture, but dealing with this company turned out to be a letdown. They said my order would arrive within a specific time frame, but it got delayed several times and they didn't keep me in the loop about what was going on. I had to keep reaching out to them to find out where my stuff was, and that was super annoying and disheartening. The fact that they weren't transparent or accountable in their delivery process made me feel like they didn't really care about me as a customer.
