I recently bought piano sheet music online and I gotta say, I was super impressed with the whole thing. The website was easy to use, so I had no trouble finding exactly what I wanted. My order came pretty quickly and was packaged up nice and safe - no damage at all. I was so happy to get my stuff earlier than I thought, that was a nice surprise. The only kinda bummer was the high handling and shipping fee, it was like 30% of the product cost. But hey, I don't have anything to compare it to so maybe that's just how it goes. Besides that though, it was pretty much a perfect experience.

I just got this super cool waterproof and shockproof case for my iPhone from this company, and let me tell you, I am totally blown away. Not only does it keep my phone super safe, but it also lets me take awesome pictures and videos even in crazy conditions. I've taken my phone swimming, biking, and even skiing, and the case has never let me down. Plus, they have so many cool accessories to help me securely mount my phone for any adventure. Central American Trip
I absolutely loved my first solo travel experience with a guided tour! The tour guide was fantastic - took care of all the details, and made sure we had a great mix of cultural and outdoor experiences. We had just enough free time to explore on our own. The accommodations were clean and comfy. My favorite parts were visiting Tikal, going snorkeling, cave tubing, and biking. I can't wait to travel with this company again!

I recently bought something from this company and let me tell you, I was really let down with the whole thing. Ordering was a total mess, there was no clear communication or updates at all. Customer service was basically non-existent, just boring repeated replies and promises about courier info that never came through. The prices didn't match up with the low quality of the items I got, which weren't great to begin with. The delivery was late and full of issues, just making the whole experience even more annoying.

Gift basket delivery
I ordered a gift basket for delivery to a company and the person who got it really liked how it looked and said the stuff inside was fresh and yummy. The crackers, nuts, and treats were all praised for being top quality. The only downside was that it got there on Wednesday instead of Thursday like I asked for. It's usually nice to get things early but I wanted it on Thursday so the right people would be there. Everything else was great though, just a little mix-up with the delivery date.

Customer service is terrible. I've been trying to return an item, but it's past the return deadline. I've sent three emails and called their toll-free number twice, but I haven't heard back from them. It's frustrating that they say they care about customer satisfaction, but they're not offering good customer service.

I gotta say, the Hamilton sectional couch I bought is not only gorgeous but also super comfy! Even though it's white, it fits so nice in my living room. The delivery and set up went really well, and I'm grateful for the on-time and professional service from the company. Yeah, it did take a little bit of time for the couch to get here, like a couple of months, but it was totally worth the wait. So, eh, that TESOL course was pretty good, you know? It didn't cost too much, and you learn a lot in those 120 hours. You gotta really put in the effort and not just skim through the material and do the tests. But, like, if you've never taught before, this course won't automatically make you a pro. There aren't any videos or actual teaching practice, so you gotta go out there and volunteer to get some real experience. However, having this certificate does improve your chances of getting job interviews, so that's pretty sweet, eh.

I've been using these labels for over 15 years and they've really proven to be reliable. Recently, I had to order new ones because my son's allergens changed, and the process was smooth. One suggestion I have is to offer the option of adding a line of text to the back of the medical tags, which would give extra peace of mind for parents like me. I actually used one of the stickers to put a phone number on the back of the tag, just in case my son forgot his meds somewhere. These labels and tags have been a lifesaver for me, and I'm truly grateful for their durability and quality.

Recent online purchase
I recently bought something online and it was a complete disappointment. I placed my order on November 27th, which was a long time ago, and it's now February 1st and I still haven't gotten my stuff. My order is still not filled, even though I tried contacting customer service many times for updates. Every time I reached out, all I heard was the same excuse about lots of orders causing delays. They said they'd fix it and to wait another 10 to 15 business days for my order to show up. But after being patient and waiting, nothing happened. I had to ask for my money back in the end because they didn't solve the problem. It's been two months and three days dealing with this mess, and I got nothing to show for it. I'm done with them and won't order from them again. This has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.
