They have a lot of stuff to choose from which is cool, but sometimes the shipping takes forever and the customer service can be slow to get back to you.     So, I ordered this shirt and shorts from an online store recently and man, let me tell you, the customer service was not great. They said they do free returns and exchanges but when I tried to return something that didn't fit, it was a whole mess. Took three weeks for them to respond and then they just told me the item couldn't be resold with no proof or anything. Like, what? We expect better than that, you know? Customer service is so important these days and SurfStitch did not come through on that front. Disappointing for sure.

I've messaged them over 15 times and called a bunch, but no one's getting back to me. Can't believe it! My poor kid didn't have any gifts on his big day, and now I'm broke 'cause all my cash is stuck in that missing order. I used to be a regular customer, but now I feel let down for sure.     I recently bought some stuff from this online store and let me tell you, their customer service has really gone downhill in the last few months. It used to be super easy to reach someone either by phone or chat, but now it feels like they're dropping the ball big time. I left a message and waited a full 4 days before hearing back - not cool when you need help urgently. And don't even get me started on their returns - it took a whole 2 weeks after I sent my items back for them to process it.
